Art summer work for 3rd, 4th, and 5th

Flower:
Divide a square piece of paper into 4 parts. Using anything round that you find around the house and trace a circle in the middle. Next draw the petals, any kind of petals that you like. Then trace all the lines with a black crayon, marker, or colored pencil. You can use sharpie if you have it. Finally color the flower and the background with markers. You can draw patterns!
Sample below.

Day and night:
Divide a piece of paper in half, diagonally. On one side, at the corner, draw a circle and then the rays of the sun. On the other side draw a big moon and some stars. Color or paint both sides, using colors that show day and night.
Sample below.

Ice cream cone:
Draw your imaginary ice cream cone. Remember to use most of the paper for your drawing. Be creative. Color it. Don’t forget to color the background.

Geometric drawing:
On a piece of paper draw different sizes of a shape, overlapping some of them. Use any shape you like. Color the shapes with warm colors. Remember that warm colors are red, orange and yellow.
Sample below (not colored)

Landscape:
Ask your parents to take a picture of the outside from a window in your house. Next, look at the picture and try to draw it the best you can. Color or paint.

Free drawing:
Draw anything you want and color.

Have a great summer!!
